Valedictory-A Final Salute to the Pfizer Sales team
Team , I am truly touched by this gesture. At the same time, I am also reminded of an old saying that a leader is defined by the people he leads. If your accomplishments are indeed a portrait of me, then professionally I must look as good as Sam Milby. So as I feel honored now, allow me to honor the Pfizer sales team as well.
I’d like to do so by making one more bold prediction. You will move on to bigger and greater milestones. What we have achieved in the last few years will pale in comparison to your scorecard a few years from now.
All the elements are in place.
You are well lead, No other Sales management team is as well prepared to lead you through the storms and tempests of the coming years. Joel Calleja, your ASDs and NSMs have long been primed to take you to the next plate of excellence.
You are well trained. No other team has had to comply with more exacting standards and shown more resilience during adversity. The turbulent times are the best of times for you to showcase your special gifts.
Therefore, before I take my final leave as your sales director, allow me to make three final reminders.
During this time of economic turbulence, never forget that you are the best of the best, and the best are not bothered by trivialities. The best shine through during the worst of times
Never compromise on the Pfizer standards for that is the roadmap to future success.
Never forget the Pfizer Values, for they define who you are and at times of ambiguity, these will be your guide.
You are Pfizer. You are the team for the ages, and the best is yet to come!
Allow me to offer you a fitting final toast. The immortal words of a Van Halen song in 1986 come to mind.
Team Pfizer,
Reach for the golden ring
Reach for the sky
Baby just spread your wings
We'll get higher and higher straight up we'll climb
We'll get higher and higher leave it all behind
Cheers Team Pfizer! Rock on!

The World According to my daughter Trisa
reason why this world was created
and make so-so beds
that, I kinda thought I am 100% Owiginal
I coulda, shoulda, weach my toes
they are my world
nine weird hours in the delivery room
as your future or even pwesent
she is the round-eyed, wide-eyed, pleasantly plump beauty. I am more the slim, sultry type. We both have too much appeal though
